NORTON FISHERY

This is a newly acquired small pond which until recently has been rented by a small private syndicate.

Prior to this we understand that some years ago the Environment Agency put in an initial stock of fish with the intention of using it as a pond to be cropped every once in a while, for restocking other waters, to our knowledge this has never happened.

As for fish stocks we are told to expect lots of small Perch along with Carp, Crucian Carp, Roach & Tench.
There is on site parking for 4 or 5 cars (maximum 6 anglers) and a new bungalow close enough to see & hear most of what goes on so good behaviour and a healthy respect of their privacy is expected.

Directions
From the A19 Billingham, Norton turn off go onto the Norton ring road, at the rounderbout turn onto Junction Road then turn into Station Road follow this over railway crossing & take left hand fork in the track follow this to the pond & car park etc.
